据新华社报导，台湾地域下层公职人员“九合一”选举于26日停止投票，选举产生XS长、议员以及乡镇长、村里长等。
据台湾当局选务主管机关的票数统计，除嘉义SS长选举因故延期外，在已选举产生的21个XS长中，中国***获13席，***获5席，公众党获1席，另有2席为无党籍。

据新华社报导，国台办发言人墨凤莲26日晚就台湾地域“九合一”选举成果应询表达，我们留意到此次选举的成果。那一成果反映了岛内“乞降平、求不变、要过好日子”的支流民意。我们将持续连合广阔台湾同胞，配合鞭策两岸关系和平开展、合成开展，增进两岸同胞福祉，坚定反对“**”团结和外部权力干预，共创中华民族伟大复兴的光亮将来。
The results of the local elections held in ****** Saturday revealed that the mainstream public opinion in the island is for peace, stability and a goodlife, a Chinese mainland spokesperson said.
The mainland will continue to work with people of ****** to promote peaceful and integrated development of cross-Straits relations, contribute to the wellbeing of people on both sides of the ****** Strait, firmly oppose "****** independence" and foreign interference, and strive for bright prospects for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, said Zhu Fenglian, a spokesperson for the State Council ****** Affairs Office.
